True North began as in-house maintenance for our own convenience stores. We weren’t getting the service we needed from a general maintenance company – we were losing inventory any time a cooler broke and wasn’t repaired promptly. We saw a need for expert maintenance and customer service tailored specifically to convenience stores.

We know what needs to be done to keep a store running smoothly, and we wanted to use our knowledge and experience to help others. We also wanted to offer our expertise in Environmental Compliance as a service to our partners by streamlining the process of mandatory reporting for our customers. We know how much is on an operator’s plate, and we are happy to give them one less thing to worry about.

Alan Fredriksson Director of Operations

Alan has 10+ years’ experience in the petroleum industry. He began working for Clipper Petroleum in 2014 as a technician and then moved into dispatch. He joined True North Energy Solutions as a Service Manager when it was established in 2019. Now, as Director of Operations, he oversees the Service Department, Environmental Compliance, Project Management, Accounting and Warehouse/Inventory for True North Energy Solutions. Alan resides in Braselton, GA with his wife and two sons.
Celita Moose Environmental Compliance Director

Celita Moose has worked for True North Energy Solutions since 2021 as the Environmental Compliance Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in the petroleum industry. Celita completed her associate degree in accounting at Truett McConnell College in Cleveland, Georgia.
Tony Watts Service Manager

Tony has over 26 years in the C-store and petroleum industries. He began working for Clipper Petroleum in 1998 as a service technician and moved into the role of Service Manager for True North Energy Solutions in 2022. As Service Manager, he oversees 17 technicians with schedules, job quotes, petroleum and POS installation, and more. Tony resides in Mount Airy, GA, with his wife Regina. He enjoys spending time with his family, kids and grandkids.
Dale Calvert Project Manager

Dale Calvert has been in the petroleum industry for the past 30 years and has held various roles such as parts manager, purchasing manager and specialty buyer. He joined the True North Energy Solutions team on the Jobber side almost 6 years ago. While at True North, he has managed a variety of projects, from basic dispenser change-outs to full ground-up builds and brand imaging. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family at the lake.
Charles Kubiak Project Manager

Charles Kubiak has worked for True North Energy Solutions since 2021; prior to his time at True North, he was General Manager at Fox’s Domino’s. Charles values the opportunity to meet new dealers and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with them. Beyond his professional commitments, Charles is a fitness enthusiast, a nature-lover, and a devoted husband and father.
Meredith Higgins Accounting Manager

Meredith Higgins is the Accounting Manager at True North Energy Solutions. She has 20 years of experience in Customer Service/Accounting. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children and 4 dogs.
