True North began as in-house maintenance for our own convenience stores. We weren’t getting the service we needed from a general maintenance company – we were losing inventory any time a cooler broke and wasn’t repaired promptly. We saw a need for expert maintenance and customer service tailored specifically to convenience stores.
We know what needs to be done to keep a store running smoothly, and we wanted to use our knowledge and experience to help others. We also wanted to offer our expertise in Environmental Compliance as a service to our partners by streamlining the process of mandatory reporting for our customers. We know how much is on an operator’s plate, and we are happy to give them one less thing to worry about.
